01 通知假期延長
表達(dá):
Affected by a novel coronavirus, our government announced all enterprises will remain closed till February 9.
或:
our government announced it will delay resumption of work to February 9.
Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.
02 如客戶擔(dān)憂疫情蔓延,表達(dá)信心
表達(dá):
China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed.
中國有決心、有能力戰(zhàn)勝這次疫情,我們也都認(rèn)真對(duì)待和配合,按照政府指示,控制病毒傳播。在某種程度上,周邊氛圍保持樂觀。這種流行疾病最終會(huì)得以控制和消滅的。
03 通知已下單客戶貨期可能會(huì)延遲
表達(dá):
Apparently the coronavirus issue will not be resolved in short period, we are afraid that the schedule of your order may be changed due to the delay of production. We'll keep you updated.
很顯然,這次疫情短時(shí)間內(nèi)不會(huì)得到解決。我們恐怕你訂單的排期會(huì)因?yàn)樯a(chǎn)的推遲而改變。會(huì)進(jìn)一步告知進(jìn)展。
如果已經(jīng)確定延誤:
We regret to inform you that the delivery will be delayed due to the novel coronavirus. We'll keep tracking the status and try our best to expedite. Sorry for the inconveniences caused and thanks for your patience.
我們很遺憾通知你貨期因疫情會(huì)延遲。我們?cè)诟M(jìn)中,會(huì)及時(shí)告知進(jìn)展,同時(shí)也在竭盡所能加快進(jìn)度。對(duì)此造成的不便表示歉意,謝謝你的耐心。
也有急性子的客戶不太理解我們,可以補(bǔ)充:
The delayed shipment is not just from us, but from the sub vendors, logistics, and all other related support systems.
表示延誤,是整個(gè)市場(chǎng)都如此。
04 如客戶2月初有來華計(jì)劃可委婉勸說遲些再來
告知復(fù)工時(shí)間,再說:
To avoid any negative impact, I suggest that you may consider delaying your trip to China.
為了避免任何負(fù)面影響,我建議你要考慮下延遲來華行程。
05 如有客戶受海外社媒謠傳
糾正后:
Fake news. Thanks for helping prevent the spread of these rumors if possible.
假消息!如果可以,也請(qǐng)幫忙阻止這類謠言的傳播。
可以補(bǔ)充:
